TRF GOVERNING BODIES

The highest governing body of the TRF is the Board of Trustees (the Board), which consists of a maximum of 15 members.

The Board’s powers include:

·         Approval of the strategic program of the TRF.

·         Approval of the annual financial statements and progress reports, as well as the annual budget of the TRF.

·         Decisions regarding the reorganization of the TRF.

·         Election of new members of the Board and decisions on the early termination of Board members' powers.

·         Election of the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Director, as well as decisions on the early termination of their powers.

·         Decisions on the creation of commercial companies or participation in them, as well as the creation of structural units and separate institutions, and the approval of their charters.

·         Oversight of the financial and economic activities of the TRF.

·         Exercise of other powers provided by law and the Charter.

 

 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The management of the TRF’s current operations is carried out by the Executive Director, who organizes and oversees its day-to-day activities in accordance with the provisions of the Charter, as well as the decisions and directives of the Board.

The rights and duties of the Executive Director are defined by law and the Charter of the TRF. The Executive Director’s authority includes all matters related to the management of the TRF’s day-to-day operations, except for those that fall within the jurisdiction of the Board under the law or the Charter.
